Patriotic Act

Sparta man continues Patriot Act battle

I can understand wanting to protect the USA.

But if I were President, I would abolish the

Patriotic Act or at least cut it down to where

it is protecting the USA and not infringing on

private citizens rights. The story above is an

example where the Patriot Act is misused. In

Todays world this is not an isolated act, it is

happening everyday. The Patriotic Act should go.

If I were President, I would

1. Ban Raceism
It would not make any difference what color the person is.
They are either
American or not. All Americans would be offered the same opportunities,

no one group
would get special treatment.
This includes the American Indians who are still receiving

monthly entitlements. It has been over a hundred years since we have been paying. Blacks

will not be offered special circumstances for jobs, or welfare. neither would Mexicans.

All children could go to the school of their choosing, no more bussing, it is up to the

parents to drive them to school. You are an American, act like it.

2. Second Amendment
I would leave it alone, it is part of the constitution. Every person

has a right to have a gun. When Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, the generals wanted to

continue on to the States. When asked if they should, they were told no, because

every American has a gun and we would lose too many men. Besides, more people

are killed by the bare hands than guns, what are we to do, cut off our hands?

3. Gays
I believe that the gay movement should have never been a political movement.

If that is the life they want to live, that is up to them. Not up to the American people.
We
should not have to pay for their lifestyle.

4. Immigration
This is America, not Mexico or Canada, it is a shame that they

Will not obey our laws. With the illigals and drug problems,
We don’t have much choice but to close the border and
protect out soil from illigals.
Even we have to use the military, and we will

5. First Amendment
The first amendment is the most abused amendment in the constitution.

Freedom of the Press, sure, they use the first amendment to destroy lives, elect presidents, push agendas.

The first amendment was to be used to report facts, not fiction. For people to have freedom of speech

Without fear of reprisal. It was not for abuse or lies.
